Accessibility assistance is available.

If a person cannot access Site information or complete a Site function because of a disability, the person may email hello@lillyfinancial.net. Please identify the page or task and the preferred method of access. Do not include sensitive financial, tax or identity information in the request.

1. Scope

This Accessibility Statement applies to the public pages and features of lillyfinancial.net that Lilly Financial Management Services, Inc. (“Lilly Financial,” the “Company,” “we,” “us” or “our”) controls. It does not govern an unaffiliated website or third-party application merely because the Site links to or uses that service.

2. Accessibility commitment

Lilly Financial is committed to providing meaningful access to its public website and to responding appropriately when a disability-related barrier is identified. Accessibility is treated as an ongoing design, content and maintenance responsibility rather than a one-time representation.

The Company seeks to make Site information and inquiry functions usable with a range of browsers, devices, keyboard navigation and assistive technologies. Where a barrier cannot be corrected immediately, the Company will make reasonable efforts to provide the requested public information or function through an effective alternative method.

3. Technical reference point; no certification claim

The Company uses the World Wide Web Consortium’s Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, including Level AA success criteria, as a design and evaluation reference point where appropriate. The United States Department of Justice also identifies WCAG as useful technical guidance in its web-accessibility guidance.

This Statement is not a representation that every Site page or feature has been formally audited, certified or determined to conform fully to WCAG 2.2 Level AA or any other technical standard. Under W3C requirements, a formal conformance claim applies only when all applicable success criteria for the stated level are satisfied across the defined scope. Lilly Financial does not make that certification claim in this Statement.

4. Current accessibility measures

The Site currently incorporates measures intended to improve access, including:

  • semantic HTML structure, page landmarks, descriptive page titles and an organized heading hierarchy;
  • a keyboard-accessible “Skip to content” link on public pages;
  • keyboard-operable navigation and form controls with visible focus indicators;
  • responsive layouts that reflow across common screen sizes;
  • text labels for contact-form fields and a status region that can announce submission results;
  • text alternatives for meaningful images and empty alternative text for images that are decorative;
  • content that does not rely solely on color to communicate required information;
  • respect for a user’s reduced-motion preference where supported; and
  • plain-language navigation labels, descriptive links and a consistent visual structure.

5. Browser and assistive-technology compatibility

The Site is designed for current versions of widely used browsers and operating systems. Results may vary according to the browser, device, assistive technology, browser extension, user settings and whether JavaScript or other necessary features are enabled.

Older or unsupported technologies may not render or operate every feature as intended. Users encountering a barrier are encouraged to report it using Section 7 so that the Company can evaluate the specific combination and provide assistance.

6. Third-party content and potential limitations

The contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile for bot detection. The Site may also link to third-party documents, websites or services. Lilly Financial does not control every accessibility characteristic of an unaffiliated service and cannot guarantee that a third party will maintain compatibility with every assistive technology.

If a third-party component prevents completion of a Site task, contact the Company for an alternative method. A user should not disable a security control or transmit sensitive information through an unapproved channel to work around an accessibility issue.

7. Reporting a barrier or requesting assistance

Accessibility feedback and accommodation requests may be submitted by email. To help the Company investigate efficiently, a request should include, when available:

  • the web address or title of the affected page;
  • a brief description of the content, control or task that was inaccessible;
  • the browser, device and assistive technology being used;
  • the preferred format or method for receiving the information; and
  • contact information for a response.

Do not include Social Security numbers, taxpayer-identification numbers, tax returns, financial statements, account credentials, bank information or identity documents in an accessibility report.

8. Alternative access and response

After receiving sufficient information, Lilly Financial will make reasonable efforts to acknowledge the request, assess the reported barrier and determine an appropriate response. Depending on the circumstances, the response may include correcting Site content, explaining an available accessible feature, providing the requested public information in another format, or arranging another method to complete the inquiry.

Response and remediation time will depend on the nature and complexity of the issue, third-party involvement and the requested alternative. Requesting accessibility assistance does not create a professional engagement or cause the Company to assume responsibility for a tax, legal, filing or other deadline.

9. Assessment approach

The current review included source-level inspection and responsive-layout checks of content, navigation, forms and common user interactions. Future reviews may include additional manual testing, automated testing, assistive-technology review or qualified external evaluation as appropriate. Automated tools alone cannot establish full accessibility or WCAG conformance.

10. Continuing improvement and updates

Lilly Financial may revise this Statement as the Site, applicable guidance, technology or assessment practices change. The current version will be posted at this location with its effective or revision date. Accessibility feedback is considered as part of ongoing Site maintenance and improvement.
